Self-Love: Accepting and loving who you are right now is the first stage of self-love. The love you have for yourself will motivate you to perform better in all aspects of your life and strengthen every relationship.
Self-Care: Making your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health a priority is necessary to live a prosperous life. Remember you can not help others if you are not taking care of yourself. You are blessed with one marvelous life. Make every moment count.
Self-Discipline: Life is full of temptations which can either benefit or hinder you. Learn to know the difference.
Make daily goals that tie into your weekly, monthly and annual goals
Write your goals down and stick to them
Reward yourself for every goal obtain
